2 (12 oz.) pkgs. Mushrooms
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Remove stems from mushroom caps.
Rinse mushroom caps, them pat dry with paper towel.
In large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients with olive oil.
Stuff the mushrooms caps; place a drop of oil (olive) on top of filled mushroom.
Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350 until the mushroom is soft.
