STUFFED MUSHROOMS

  • Servings: party of 5-8
  • Preparation Time: 20

Ingredients

  • 1 packgage of mushrooms (small portabello)
  • 1/2 white or yellow onion finely chopped
  • 3/4th can of campbells tomato soup
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of italian style bread crumbs
  • grated parm cheese

Directions

  • wash mushrooms
  • remove and save stems
  • saute chopped mushroom stems and chopped onion with whole stick of butter
  • remove from heat and add remainder of ingredients until they form a moist paste
  • stuff mushroom caps and cook at 350 for 20 mins

One of my best friends always makes this and its great!
