STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white, unbeaten
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 14 dried mushrooms
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1 tsp wine
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Soy sauce

Directions

  • Chop shrimp fine.
  • Soak mushrooms in lukewarm water 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Mix rest of ingredients and mound onto mushrooms.
  • Steam for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold with soy sauce.
