  • 4 boneless pork chops, pounded thin
  • 1/2 box stuffing mix
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 small jar chutney
  • 2 Tbsp butter


  • Saute onion in 1 tbsp butter in skillet til tender and to water as directed on stuffing directions; prepare stuffing and add 1-2 Tbsp on top of each pork chop and roll them up like a jelly roll. Use toothpick to hold closed. Brown them in 2 tbsp butter and add to crockpot and top with chutney. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
