STUFFED SHELLS

Ingredients

  • 12-oz pkg. jumbo shell pasta
  • 15-oz can tomato sauce
  • 16-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella sauce
  • 2-c. cottage cheese
  • 2 10-oz. pkg. chopped frozen, thawed, & drained spinach,
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 28-0z spaghetti sauce
  • garnish: grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Rinse pasta with cold water; drain and set aside. Combine the next 7 ingredients together. mix well and set aside. spread 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce over bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Spoon cheese mixture into shells; place stuffed side up on top of the spaghetti sauce. Pour remaining sauce over shells; Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350
