This fruit dip is so good, that when I had my girl friend taste it, she said, "Oh my, this is stupid good"! That is how it got it's name! I actually got the recipe at a WW meeting. It makes a healthy snack!

Simply delicious! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I got this recipe from one of my weight watcher meetings. I entered the ingredients in weight watchers recipe builder to get the points value.


  • 32 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 packages fat free/sugar free instant pudding (cheesecake or white chocolate)


  • In a medium bowl, blend the instant pudding and yogurt together. Chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Top with fruit or dip fruit in it.
