- 32 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt
- 2 packages fat free/sugar free instant pudding (cheesecake or white chocolate)
- In a medium bowl, blend the instant pudding and yogurt together. Chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Top with fruit or dip fruit in it.
NotesThis fruit dip is so good, that when I had my girl friend taste it, she said, "Oh my, this is stupid good"! That is how it got it's name! I actually got the recipe at a WW meeting. It makes a healthy snack!
