- 3 cups walnut halves
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients in medium skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until water disappears and nuts have a sugary appearance. Remove from heat.
- Pour onto baking sheet. Separate quickly.
- Makes about 4 1/2 to 5 cups.
