Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 T Oil
1/4 c sliced almonds
1/4c sesame seeds
8 green onions, finely sliced
1 head cabbage, finely chopped
2 3oz packages Raman noodles (You do not need the sauce packet)
4 chicken breasts
Dressing
1/4 c sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 t salt
1 cup oil
6 tablespoons rice vinegar


Directions

Combine sugar, pepper, salt, oil and rice vinegar. Mix well.


Heat oil in skillet and toast almonds and seeds until lightly brown. Do not over cook.


Cut chicken breast into small pieces and poach. Combine with onions, cabbage, noodles (crush noodles into small pieces) and dressing into large bowl and mix well.


Refrigerate for several hours as flavors will mix better after sitting.
