2 ripe yellow peaches
1 ripe white peach
2 ripe plums-the red ones
1/2 cup yogurt, not sweetened or flavored
1/8th tsp almond extract
ten drops lemon extract
2 TBS fresh lime juice
3 TBS honey
Cut all the stone fruit into bite sized pieces. Using a melon baller's small end, ball the melon. Put all the fruit in a bowl large enough to mix everything in without spilling.
In a small bowl, add the yogurt, extracts, honey and lime juice. Mix well. Pour over the fruit and stir to coat all pieces.
Put two lettuce leaves on salad plate, spoon fruit mixture into the middle of the leaves and serve.
