SUN-DRIED TOMATO AND BASIL PINWHEELS

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Tortillas
  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes, Diced
  • 2-3 Tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients together. Then spread on tortillas. Roll
  • up. Wrap in Plastic Wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Cut
  • into slices. Serve
