Sunflower Cheese Ball
1 1/2 cups salted, roasted sunflower seeds, divided
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Nacho cheese tortilla chips or crackers
Combine 1 cup sunflower seeds, cream cheese, blue cheese, sugar, chicken bouillon and red pepper; stir until smooth.
Make a ball and roll in remaining sunflower seeds. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
Serve with nacho cheese chips or crackers.
