Super Decadent, Super Easy Rocky Road
500g block chocolate
150g turkish delight
150g pistachio nuts
Line a large baking tray with baking paper
Roughly chop the marshmallows and turkish delight and scatter on the baking tray
Shell the pistachio nuts and scatter across the marshmallows and turksih delight
Meanwhile, melt the block chocolate in a double saucepan over boiling water - be careful not to scorch the chocolate, don't let the top saucepan touch the water, ensure it is perfectly clean and dry.
Pour the melted chocolate over the rocky road mix
Place in the fridge - the chocolate will bind the mixture together when it sets. It will take a couple of hours.
Slice in to pieces and watch it fly off the plate!
NOTE: Don't skimp on the chocolate - use regular eating/block chocolate, the best quality you can afford. Trust me: it's worth it!
