- fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

- preheat oven to 350C. on a sheet of aluminum foil place one salmon piece in centre and sprinkle spices on both sides. fold the foil so it creates a sort of boat. squeeze the lemon juice on the salmon so the fish is swimming in a very shallow pool. carefully fold and seal the foil. place on a baking dish and put in the oven for about 10-15mins or until fish is light coloured and flaky
