- 4 large, ripe avocados, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbls. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mash together with a fork until reaching desired texture.
