SUPER-FAST FUDGE

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cans evaporated milk, 5 ounces each
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
  • 1 jar of Marshmallow Crème, 7 ounces
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Butter the sides of a good-sized saucepan and combine:
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cans evaporated milk, 5 ounces each
  • 1 cup butter
  • Cook on medium high to 236 degrees or soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and add:
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
  • 1 jar of Marshmallow Crème, 7 ounces
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Stir together until melted. Spread into a 13x9 pan lined with buttered foil. Score into squares. Let cool. Cut into pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
