  • 20 hot house or vine-ripened tomatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups white onions, diced
  • 2 bundles green onion, diced
  • 12 ounces tomatoe paste (add more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 medium green jalapenos
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 jar minced garlic
  • garlic salt
  • 1 bundle cilantro, finely chopped


  • Mix tomatoes, onions, cilantro, tomato paste, salt and sugar in a bowl. In a blender, blend the jalapenos, vinegar, water, and minced garlic. Combine some of the blended mixture with the tomato mixture. Add more of the blended mixture and garlic salt to taste.
