Grease and line an 8 or 9 inch square baking tin

Place the Oreo cookies on top of the batter in a row. 3x3.

Pour remaining batter on top of the Oreo cookies, tap for it to spread evenly.

Crush some more Oreo cookies and sprinkle on the top

Bake at 150 C for 30 minutes or until the brownies are done. Test with a toothpick.

These brownies are perfect for the little ones! In your first bite, you get a mouthful of appetizing brownie, and then, surprise! A full Oreo cookie is hidden just out of sight! Though little kids might be more intrigued by these, that doesn't mean Mommies and Daddies can't indulge in them once their kids go to sleep!
