- 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 cup of rice, cooked
- handful of green onions
- soy sauce
- Boil the rice.
- Flake the salmon.
- Cut the greens off the onions.
- Combine, and sprinkle with soy sauce.
NotesMy mother in law who lived to be 96 would whip this up for lunch regularly. It is a great quick hot meal for someone who has problems chewing. Also it is frugal. Be sure the rice is hot.
