SUSIE'S SIMPLE SALMON

Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup of rice, cooked
  • handful of green onions
  • soy sauce

Directions

  • Boil the rice.
  • Flake the salmon.
  • Cut the greens off the onions.
  • Combine, and sprinkle with soy sauce.

Notes

My mother in law who lived to be 96 would whip this up for lunch regularly. It is a great quick hot meal for someone who has problems chewing. Also it is frugal. Be sure the rice is hot.
