Serves 3-4 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
1 cup of rice, cooked
handful of green onions
soy sauce


Boil the rice.


Flake the salmon.


Cut the greens off the onions.




Combine, and sprinkle with soy sauce.

My mother in law who lived to be 96 would whip this up for lunch regularly. It is a great quick hot meal for someone who has problems chewing. Also it is frugal. Be sure the rice is hot.
