Suzie's Easiest and Yummiest Chicken Rice Casserole
Small rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip Lite dressing
Jar of pimientos (optional)
1 (14 oz.) can green beans, drained
Small package chopped pecans or walnuts
Can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) box long-grain and wild rice, cooked
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray 3 quart casserole with Pam.
Pour all ingredients into casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
