Suzie's Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

Why I Love This Recipe

I was looking for a healthy substitution for a yummy salad without a creamy dressing and nuts, so I experimented and this is the result. Yummy and healthy!


Ingredients You'll Need

4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
2 or 3 peaches, peeled and chopped
1 large can chunk pineapple (or 1/2 fresh, chopped)
2 c. Dark sweet cherries, pitted
2 c. seedless green or red grapes
1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
Any other fresh fruit in season
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lime juice


Directions

Whisk together juices and honey in small bowl.


Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Combine all fruit in a large bowl.


Pour dressing on fruit to serve.


This is also good served over shortcake for a nice dessert.
