Swedish Ginger Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sorghum
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375
Sift Flour, Soda, Salt, Cinnamon and Ginger together into a bowl.
In another bowl, cream shortening, sugar, egg and sorghum.
Add to dry ingredients.
Roll into balls the size of a walnut.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets fro 9-12 min. at 375.
