Swedish Meatloaf Leftovers
Now, for the best leftover meatloaf sandwiches the next day.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sourcream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2-3 slices red onion
- Left over meat loaf
- Rye Bread
DIRECTIONS
Combine mayo, sourcream, mustard and dill. Spread mixture on one side of slice of bread then top with meatloaf slice(s), onion, cucumber, and spoonful of mayo mixture and top with another slice of bread.
