- 4 eggs, whipped lightly; 1-3/4c.milk; 2cans corn, drained or 1-(20)oz. bag of frozen corn; 4T.sugar; 1T. vanilla; 1 stick of oleo/ margerine; cinnamon to taste.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl. Butter a 9"x13" baking dish. Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over top. Bake 350F for 2 hrs. or until a knife comes out clean when insertedin the center, simular to custard. Twenty minutes into baking, mix it well to make sure the sugar hasn't settled to the bottom. Check it again at 45 minutes. Mix again if needed. If you double this recipe "DO NOT" double the oleo/ margerine.
