SWEET HOMEMADE CANNED SALSA

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of tomatoes chopped and drained
  • 4-6 jalopeno peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of salt
  • 1TB corn starch
  • 1 TB water

Directions

  • cook first 6 ingredients together for 1 hour
  • then add corn starch and water
  • cook 5 more min.
  • Pour into hot jars and seal

Notes

I've never canned this recipe it always gets ate before we can can it. It makes a lot though.
