- 6 cups of tomatoes chopped and drained
- 4-6 jalopeno peppers
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of salt
- 1TB corn starch
- 1 TB water
- cook first 6 ingredients together for 1 hour
- then add corn starch and water
- cook 5 more min.
- Pour into hot jars and seal
NotesI've never canned this recipe it always gets ate before we can can it. It makes a lot though.
