Sweet Potato Casserole

I have tried a lot of Sweet Potato recipes but this one is the best.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup mini-marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

Mix all together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.


Mix together topping and sprinkle over the top of the casserole before baking.
