INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients. Cook in oven at 400 degrees. Grease one 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Spread with toppings.
For toppings:
Mix, spread over sweet potatoes, and return for 10 minutes to brown.
