Sweet Potato Delight
This is a recipe I made up. The ingredients are simple; however, it's hard for me to give exact measurements as I make it according to taste.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 4 Large Sweet Potatoes
- Orange Juice
- Butter
- Brandy
- Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Mini Marshmallows
DIRECTIONS

Scrub Potatoes; leave skin on & cut in half; boil until tender, Once boiled & cooled, peel skin off. Mash w/ 1 - 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Add about 3/4 cup orange juice. Mash. Add 1-2 shots of Brandy {according to taste}. Add a pinch or 2 of brown sugar.Mash
Pour into 9 inch pie plate {no crust needed} Top w/ marshmallows and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly browned. Serve warm
