Why I Love This Recipe

Sweet potato fries are always a guilty pleasure! No one can pass them up and are guaranteed to keep people at your open house longer than expected! Leyna Juliet Weber had a hard time stopping from snacking on these during filming!


Ingredients You'll Need

Sweet Potato Frys
5 medium potatoes
1 sweet potato
olive oil
fresh rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper

Garlic Aioli
2 small garlic cloves, minced
juice of half a lemon
2 Tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise (You can make homemade mayonnaise. I did not).
salt and pepper


Directions

Sweet Potato Frys


Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.


Wash the potatoes and cut into fours length-wise so they look like big fat french fries. Toss in a bowl with the olive oil and rosemary. Spread on the baking sheet and season liberally with salt and pepper. Cook for one hour, flipping the potatoes with a spatula every twenty minutes or so.


Garlic Aioli


Mix everything up in a little bowl. Serve with fries.
