- 2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 8 c water
- 2 T butter or margarine
- ¼ c organic cane sugar
- 2 envelopes sweet potato powder
- In a stock pot, boil diced potatoes in water till fork tender. Add the butter and sugar, mix well. Add the sweet potato powder and stir well.
