Sweet Potato Strudel Cake

Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 tbsp. milk, at room temperature
2 tbsp. light cream, at room
temperature
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 tsp. orange peel
1 c. pureed sweet
potatoes, at room temperature


Blend all ingredents and pour in a greased tube pan. Bake at 350, til browned on top, about 50-60 minutes
