  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions

  • Peel 4 medium sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch-thick sticks. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, turning twice, until browned and tender.
