Sweet Spiced Walnuts
1 egg white
5 cups walnut halves or pieces
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Grease 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
In large bowl beat egg white and 1 teaspoon water with fork.
Add nuts and toss to coat.
In small mixing bowl combine sugar, spices, and salt.
Sprinkle over walnuts and toss to coat.
Spread nuts in baking pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
Spread on wax paper to cool.
Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
