Sweet Strawberry Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup raspberries or strawberries
  • 2-3 tablespoons raspberry or other fruit vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water or broth, or oil substitute
  • 2 teaspoons agave, honey or other sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
    •

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary, depending upon sweetness of the berries.


Serving Size: Makes 1 cup
