SWEET AND HOT CRANBERRY MUSTARD
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup dried mustard powder
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- finely chopped dried cranberries
Mix cider vinegar & mustard powder and set aside over night. Add eggs & sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring the mustard until it has a pudding like consistency.
Place mustard in canning jars and seal them by cooking the jars in a hot bath for 5 minutes. Great on hot dogs, kielbasa or sandwiches.
