Sweet and Moist Pumpkin Bread

This recipe makes the very best pumpkin bread. My husband requests this at this time of year.

I used 3 jumbo sized eggs instead of the 4 large.

  • Pumpkin Bread
  • Mix well:
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • Mix in another bowl:
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Combine both mixtures and then addd 2 cups of canned pumpkin. Mix everything well and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick test passes. Makes 3 medium sized loaves or 6 little loaves.
