Sweet and Moist Pumpkin Bread
This recipe makes the very best pumpkin bread. My husband requests this at this time of year.
I used 3 jumbo sized eggs instead of the 4 large.

- Mix well:
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- Mix in another bowl:
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Combine both mixtures and then addd 2 cups of canned pumpkin. Mix everything well and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick test passes. Makes 3 medium sized loaves or 6 little loaves.
