- 3 large thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 large tomato
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Place first 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently to coat.
- Stir in vinegar and dill.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours.
NotesA great way to use up cucumbers and tomatoes from your garden!
