Sweet steamed dumplings (Buchty na pare)
Leavened dough (recipe below)
Jam- plum, strawberry, blueberry, apricot or any you like
Cocoa powder mixed with sugar
Roll out the dough about 1/3 inch thick
Cut squares, fill middle of the square with spoonful of jam
Pinch together opposite sides of the square and form a closed dumpling, so the jam does no leak
Boil pot of water, add the steamer, place couple of dumplings in the steamer and steam about 12 minutes.
Repeat until all the dumplings are steamed
Brush them with melted butter and cocoa/sugar mix sprinkled on the top.
