- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- One large watermelon, sliced into chunks. 1/4c. of good Balsalmic vinegar; 1T. sugar, I use a little more then that. 4oz. fontina cheese, crumbled.
- Pour vinegar in to a small sauce pan, add sugar. Whisk well to mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until it reduces slitely and get thicker. Remove from heat. Let sit a couple minutes to cool down. Pour over watermelon and top with cheese.
