INGREDIENTS

  • 1 C boiling water
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 2 C white sugar
  • 4 C nonfat dry milk powder
    •

DIRECTIONS

Pour boiling water into blender


Add butter and sugar


Blend until combined


Add dry milk powder 1 C at a time, blending after each addition


Store in refrigerator



1 1/3 C = one 14 oz can
