SWISS APPLE PIE

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup apples, peeled, diced
  • ½ cup walnuts

Directions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour into a greased pie plate.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350° F.

Notes

Note: Do not use a pastry shell for this recipe!
