SWISS CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water to dilute soup
  • 2 cups Brownberry stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

  • Place chicken in casserole dish
  • Cover with cheese slices
  • Combine soup and water, then pour over chicken
  • Melt butter and combine with stuffing mix
  • Spread stuffing evenly over casserole
  • Bake uncovered in a 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours
