SWISS CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 2 cups Brownberry stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

  • Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with cheese slices
  • Combine soup and water and pour over meat
  • Mix stuffing and butter and place on top of meat
  • Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 1/2 hours
