Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 pounds beef roast or thick steak
3 slices bacon (put on top of meat)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can V8 juice
10 whole fresh mushrooms
1 large sliced onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Black pepper to taste


Directions

No need to preheat the cooker or brown the meat. Add all ingredients to cooker and cook at 250 degrees


for about 3 hours.
