Swiss Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1 jar pimiento
1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee onions


Partially steam vegies until al-dente. Combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, cour cream, pimentios and 1/2 can onions. Pour into casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
