Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 - 12 oz jar salsa
1 can kernel corn, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded tex mex cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F


In saucepan, brown the ground beef & drain.


Add salsa, mayonnaise and corn. Mix well.


In an ungreased 8 x 8 baking dish layer as follows:


1/2 meat mixture


1/2 chips


1/2 cheese


Remaining meat mixture


Remaining chips


Remaining cheese


Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
