TACO BAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 - 12 oz jar salsa
  • 1 can kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded tex mex cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In saucepan, brown the ground beef & drain.
  • Add salsa, mayonnaise and corn. Mix well.
  • In an ungreased 8 x 8 baking dish layer as follows:
  • 1/2 meat mixture
  • 1/2 chips
  • 1/2 cheese
  • Remaining meat mixture
  • Remaining chips
  • Remaining cheese
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
