Why I Love This Recipe

Some of you probably already have this recipe but I think it's my favorite cold weather meal. Serve with fresh-baked biscuits. Yum!!


Ingredients You'll Need

2 lb ground beef
1 med onion, diced
2 cans veggies or 1 pkg frozen veggies, thawed (I prefer California Blend)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or your choice)
1 pkg (8 oz) shredded cheese
1 pkg tater tots


Directions

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and place meat in 9x13 baking pan and season meat with your choice of salt, season salt, pepper, garlic powder. Top with veggies. Spread soup over veggies. Sprinkle shredded cheese over soup. Arrange tater tots in rows over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes till cheese has melted and tater tots have browned. Remove from oven and allow casserole to set for 10 minutes before serving
