TZATZIKI - Garlic, cucumber and yogurt Dip
1 Kg yogurt full fat
500 gr cucumber grated or cut to small pieces
4 gloves garlic
I table spoon dry mint
50 ml olive oil
Grate or cut in small pices the cucumber
Strain the cucumber to get rid of all the water.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl add salt and peper to taste.
After preparation keep in the fridge, last up to 3 days.
Pairs Well With
Realy refreshing and tasty dip.
Used as appetizer or as sauce for kebabs.
