1 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 cup hot taco sauce
1/4 cup milk
2 cups biscuit mix
Grated parmesan cheese
Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside for 5 minutes. Add biscuit mix, stir well. Roll dough on floured surface and knead 5 times. Roll to ½ inch thick and cut with 1 ½” cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees til browned.
Note: You can freeze these after cutting them by placing on cookie sheet and freezing and then place in baggie. To Reheat: Thaw and then brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese and bake until browned
