Taco Dip

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 tablespoon chives
Spread on serving platter
chop 1 head of lettuce
chop 2-3 tomatoes
chop 1 onion
chop 1/2 can olives
chop 1 green pepper
one bottle (8oz) taco sauce
8 oz. Catalina dressing
1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese


Layer 1/2 of all vegetables on sour cream mixture.


Pour one bottle (8oz) taco sauce over this.


Layer remaining vegetables.


Then pour 8 oz. Catalina dressing.


Top with 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese and olives.

Notes

After careful reading, I've decided this is a keeper. I'll be trying soon. I've always made my taco salad dressing with 1 part Catalina and 1 part taco sauce. Thanks.
