- 8 oz sour cream
- 16 oz cream cheese
- Medium Salsa – 16 oz jar
- 1 small Tomato
- 12 oz Cheddar Cheese
- Black olives (sliced – optional)
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a blender until thick, spread over bottom of 9” round dish. Then layer salsa, lettuce, scallions, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and black olives.
- Serve with nacho chips
- This should be layered right before serving; if it is done to early dip will become watery.
