TACO DIP

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • Medium Salsa – 16 oz jar
  • Lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato
  • Scallions
  • 12 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • Black olives (sliced – optional)

Directions

  • Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a blender until thick, spread over bottom of 9” round dish. Then layer salsa, lettuce, scallions, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and black olives.
  • Serve with nacho chips
  • This should be layered right before serving; if it is done to early dip will become watery.
